I set up an appointment for car repairs. The car was running much better after repairs. I really like how transparent they are about all repairs. They are always very respectful to their clients. It is good they are on the AAA list of recommended businesses.

Oil change. Great customer service and told me other items wrong with my car so that I had knowledge to fix them when I can and a thorough explanation so I can understand as a lay person. I will recommend friends and I'll definitely be returning!

Good oil change and the vehicle inspection was very comprehensive with pictures. The cost to correct the deficiencies was also listed. Each item was explained but no hard sell to get anything fixed immediately. I have time to prioritize what I need to get done and when. Definitely would recommend this business.

I moved to Cedar Rapids not long ago and needed to find a place for car maintenance. I decided to give this place a shot based on the positive reviews. Kevin was friendly, helpful and organized, and I could tell that he really cares about what he does and wouldn't try to rip off the clients like a lot of car maintenance shops do! I usually don't write reviews but this place definitely deserves 5 stars because they put their hearts into the business, which is rare these days. Thank you and I'll be going back for sure as long as I'm in the area!

Highly recommend! Amiable, reputable and knowledgeable team. I cannot state enough how wonderfully we were cared for! While driving through the area on a cross country trip to deliver my son and his car to university, my son's car broke down. AAA dropped the car off at All Tune and Lube and I am so grateful they did! Our car was assessed in a timely manner and we were provided with all pertinent information. Kevin, the service manager, went above and beyond to assist with next steps to remedy the car's issues and dealer recall needs. We really appreciate the time and energy given to our situation that day. Breaking down while away from home can and was an emotionally and physically draining experience, but the team at All Tune and Lube Total Car Care brought so much positive energy to the situation. I would highly recommend this location and team. Should we have the misfortune of needing car maintenance in the area, I would not hesitate to return.
