I'll start out by saying I very rarely leave reviews but I thought this place really deserved it!! After years of being scammed and spending loads of unnecessary money on my car at other places I finally found a family owned shop that's honest with the work you need and cares about your safety! Jake and Terry along with the rest of their crew are so welcoming and very knowledgable on what's being done! They are also willing to take you home or pick you up while your cars being worked on!! Great experience! All in all i will be back for sure!! Thanks guys!

All tune and Lube has come to my rescue many times. The first time I took my car in, it was for a simple oil change and tire rotation. They did it at a competitive price with other shops and they were very accommodating and friendly. The next time I brought my car in was because it had stopped accelerating while I was driving, but after coasting to the side, shitting my car off and restarting it, it drove just fine. I took it in to all tune and lube to be safe. They quoted me about $80 for diagnostics. However they literally couldn't find anything wrong with my car, spent a couple hours trying to find ANYTHING wrong with it, and they couldn't. They didn't charge me anything for diagnostics and told me if it happened again to bring it back in and they'll check it again for me. It never happened again. Months down the road my car developed a major oil leak and a few other small issues. I took it in again to have it looked at. They were fast and wonderful and gave me an accurate and competitive quote (I called around to compare prices, all tune and lube's was the cheapest). I took it in finally to gave it fixed. I had prepared to wait there at the shop or go walk around (with my three small children in tow) they told me they would be able to have it done before the end of the day at the shop, and I had no way to get home while I waited for my car to be fixed. They were SO kind, they had an employee take me and my kiddos home in our car (because I love aboard camp Pendleton and you can't get on without decals) and he drive my car back to the shop, and they had it fixed hours before the end of the day! Called me promptly and then when I went to pick it up to pay for the services I was happily surprised to find it was below what they quoted. My car runs perfectly again. I'll never go anywhere else for service.

Randy was very nice and polite. VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE compared to good old Ted from down the street that cursed at me and hung up the phone and plain out told me to go somewhere else. (still don't know how he is still in business) anyways, All Tune and Lube is where I will be doing all my auto work from here on out. Had a great experience and Randy was very straight-forward and respectful.

Highly recommend this place. This is my second time getting an oil change here. All the employees are super friendly. Typically whenever I go to an auto service place the workers make me feel pressured to purchasing an additional service, but not here! When I brought my vehicle in for an oil change I had warned them that my breaks were really really bad. About 45 min later I got a call and the employee told me that I was right and that I needed to break pads and rotors. However, I didn't feel pressured at all to add the additional service. I ended up paying for the breaks because I knew I really needed this done. Also, they give military discount of 10%!!! Will definitely keep coming here for my auto needs :)

I came in yesterday in tears from a HORRIBLE experience at a shop I had been going to down the street and they were amazing! Took the time out of their busy schedule to replace my head lamp and ask if I was ok. They were very understanding about my 5 young kids running around the shop and did not seem bothered at all, they even had a little ride on toy they all fought over to play on :) I will be taking both my vehicles here from now on. Fast and friendly experience and very affordable!

Called and got appointment for same day oil change, then in and out within 30 minutes. Nice reception and run down of issues found without the pressure to fix at the time. Nice big waiting room.

I was so pleased and relieved to find this place. I was driving and heard an awful sound coming from my car. I was afraid to get on the highway. I pulled in and spoke with Randy. He came right out and checked out my car. He had it lifted and drove it. It turned out to not be a serious issue, just some rocks lodged. Randy was great. I was so afraid it would be an expensive issue. He didn't charge me at all. Very honest place. I will go back here when I have any other issues. It is hard to find honest mechanics. Faith in humanity restored! Thank you.

Great customer service! I went in yesterday, thinking I had a slow-leak in my tire. This place is really good! Although they were busy, I was treated with courtesy and given a very accurate wait-time. I'll be going back to this location, next week. These guys do a great job when it comes to customer service!

WOW!! What great guys! Randy and his team are very kind, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth! They were able to fix an oil leak on my husband's RAM diesel as well as a few other small things. Very thankful to be able to work with them! We will definitely be back! :)
