Mr. Davis, thank you for the review. Just to clarify, we are not a quick lube oil change company. Our name All Tune and Lube throws people off a bit. We are All Tune and Lube Total Car Care. Stressing the Total Car Care. While we are changing the oil, we are also conducting a nearly 100 point inspection, which we provide to you digitally, with photos and videos where necessary, in order to identify things that are preventing your automobile(s) from performing at peak performance and/or safety. Between checking clients in, the oil change, inspection, explanation, write up of any estimates to correct deficiencies, and then checking them out, takes about 45 minutes to an hour. In addition to oil changes, we can handle anything mechanical on the vehicle, from, suspension, drive train, brakes, cooling system, transmission, axles, steering, tires, etc , just to name a short list. Should you have any questions, feel free to stop in and ask. We are more than pleased to serve you.

Kyle, as you stated, we have extremely kind customer service. We rely on it to please our customers, as our satisfaction comes from happy customers. However, there was not a miscommunication with our supplier. We ordered the correct part and they delivered the incorrect part, not once, but twice. We unfortunately have no control over our suppliers except to provide them with feedback of the less than stellar experience you had at our facility on their behalf. We do welcome you back so that we can provide you with even better customer service. Rest assured, we will be having a conversation with that supplier.
