Had a ATV rim and tire with a slow leak, off chance just happened to be driving by and thought I'd give them a try. Simple fix of just cleaning the bead on tire and remounting. I asked where to pay after job was completed and the manager replied it was not necessary!! I was in no way asking for a handout when I asked to pay the bill so this came as a shock! I'm just spreading the word on the great service and recommend this shop!

This is an amazing place with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They believe in customer service. I would say that this is a place to visit for all auto repair needs. My front wheel was making lot of sound and my car was shaking while riding. I visited this place in a panic mode. I wasn't sure what was wrong with my car. These guys accommodated me without appointment. In fact, my car was inspected within minutes. My car was washed(to clear of snow and ice) and all wheels were thoroughly inspected. They found the problem and repaired it. As per them it was a minor fault. For me it was a big relief. The best part was that they didn't charge me a penny for there service. I insisted, even then they said that it was a minor job and they don't feel it to be a paid service. They have truly earned me as a customer. They served me with their time and skill when I needed the most. I am in complete love with All Tune and Lube. I recommend them with 5 stars. Visit them soon for your next auto job.

Terry, Jake, his Dad and their amazing mechanic have always been honest and knowledgeable about my 2006 vehicle. I'm a single mother and I'm always afraid of being taken advantage of because of the horror stories. At this family owned business they're nothing but friendly and trustworthy. I feel blessed to have found such an awesome place! 5 stars all the way. They're affordable and dependable. They don't try and upsell you on stuff. Terry has the patience of a saint and is very personable. Jake breaks down the terminology so that a blonde who has no idea about cars can understand( that's me :)) It's a kid friendly place too!!

I got a Groupon deal for an oil change and paid extra for Amsoil oil which means I won't need to get an oil change for another 10k miles. Awesome deal. Also, they have good customer service and performed a thorough inspection on my vehicle. Definitely coming back here again for my next Amsoil oil change!

Ok I've been coming to All Tune since my warranty finished several years ago and have been a loyal customer. Before today this place would have gotten 5 stars from me but sadly today was a 3-star experience and I am hence splitting the difference. Like many other past reviewers relate, this is a business that the owner has been very involved with and built with a lot of care. I prefer to shop local and was very glad to support them. So, now that the owner (who is totally personable and a great guy) has grown his business he seems to have hired "help" and this fellow at the front desk is the sort we all occasionally encounter. You know, the guy who makes things harder than they should be because he resents you and his job. When I called for my appointment it took several tries after opening time for someone to pick up. When he did this fellow wasn't friendly at all which was a surprise since the team I knew at All Tune have been really great. Instead of giving me available times for an appointment he kept asking me to say when I was available and then telling me "we're booked then". He huffed more than once, like my call was inconvenient and I finally picked a free time (although I needed an oil change somewhat urgently) for the following week. I chalked it up to a busy day at the shop. I pulled up at exactly my appointment time and was told by said fellow (named Terry) that because I got to the counter exactly 2 minutes late another car was ahead of me. I was then told people come in early "just so you know" to which I replied that I had wanted to come in earlier but he had told me it had to be later and I was essentially on time. The time it took for him to look up at me from his magnifying glass at the counter was why the 2 (count 'em 2) minutes went by. Ok, I said, I'll make an appointment for another day. At this point I was prepared to go to the dealership because of the weirdly negative experience I was having. Having called his bluff he replied "oh we'll work you in" like he was doing me a favor. What? "It will just take a little longer" says he. I said I had allotted 45min-1hr and would it take longer than that? "No" he replied. I asked if the owner was in to which he replied "he doesn't really come in any more, maybe once a week". Against my better judgement I handed him my key. They finished my car in a timely way though he could not explain why I needed the recommended repairs and I was told my mechanic was busy working on another car. My overall interaction with this fellow was not pleasant and I left feeling like this was an entirely different business, one where I didn't belong. My reviews are usually very positive and I really like the owner of this business and the great team at All Tune have always taken care of me. My concern is that the owner is not there and his replacement is the kind of person that ruins a good small local business. He had an attitude that made me feel my business was irritating him. As a small business owner myself I sympathize with finding good people who uphold what you've built and it's my hope the owner reads this and is made aware of the detriment even one employee like this can be and that he'll reach out and let me know when things change so I can continue to be a patron. In the meantime I'll go to the dealership where everyone has a smile and cares about me as a customer. I'm a bit bummed because this business is close by but I just won't go through that again. Seriously, you should have heard this guy it was a complete 180 from anyone there I've previously dealt with. Glad to edit this review and give 5 stars and a re-write once things improve at All Tune.

Went here this morning with a Groupon for an oil change and was greeted with amazing customer service. From the guys in front to the mechanic who worked on my car. They were incredibly friendly and helpful and my husband said the oil change looks like it was done nicely. Only complaint would be that I never received a phone call when my car was done but there's a chance I didn't receive it since we walked around Albertson's while waiting and my service may have gone in and out. There are also some decent shops to walk around while waiting for your car to be finished. Will definitely be returning.

Came yesterday to check this place out because of the reviews were all positively good. The most part is real close to where i live. Also my tire light just came on again after adding on myself. The mechanic 'Hirch' if my speeling was correct was very helpful, helped me right away even tho he was busy** so thats a few more points besides the 4 stars I am giving. Thank's for the "free tire check and air and a free pen from the manager;) I'll definitely comeback for thier future business. Thank's again you guy's!
