This was my first visit to this facility. I was very impressed by the processional staff and the even down to the waiting room. (1) The staff I had the opportunity to meet treated with the upmost respect. I ask a lot of questions, and they shared their advice and expertise. Candor was appreciated. At no point did they try to push product or service, but rather provide enough information to make an informed decision. (2) The prices and services are great. I was there for a wiring issue with my car. They had the expertise to complete the job without a long wait and a very reasonable price. (3) A good wait room is always good to have while you wait to have the work completed. Comfortable furniture, Snacks/Drinks, TVs, and reading material. Again, this is my first time here, but I plan to come here more. I typically go to the dealership to work on my car, but the small things make a huge difference. Kevin and the technicians were very professional, courteous, and knowlegeable!

Very good experience with Russell, Kevin, and the shop crew. Had full evaluation done and received a much needed brake job, oil change, and a full breakdown of what I more than likely will see in the future with my car. They also offer a solid military discount. They bring it up to you which is a legit thing to do, if you did not know if it was even on the menu. Thank you
